zoysia sod
This is our go-to when it comes to sodding a new lawn. Not only is zoysia pretty drought tolerant, it also hold up to weeds and disease! Add all of those together, and the cherry on top is that it is soft to the touch! Perfect for families with active outdoor children! This grass loves to be in bright sunlight and loves water as well!
st. augustine sod
St. Augustine sod can create a beautiful lawn with tall lush green blades. This grass is most common in our area and is moderate to high on the maintenance scale. It is less expensive than zoysia, but also more expensive in the long run to keep looking like a million bucks. There are both shade and sun tolerant varieties.
